웹@Thiablue, I would think it was for simplicities sake, but I bet the real reason that Basenjis bark in the Sims 4 is that most people aren't aware that they don't bark in real life! So I'm pretty sure it was an oversight. I have a similar problem with Pugs in the game. They do bark, but many of them make every noise under the sun way more than they will bark.
